Union Field Representative – Healthcare

Position Summary:
The Union Field Representative will be responsible for representing and advocating for union members working in healthcare settings. This includes contract enforcement, grievance handling, workplace organizing, and leadership development. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, problem solving skills and strong writing skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience in union, community, or political organizing strongly preferred
• Knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining, and grievance/arbitration procedures.
• Ability to build trust and work collaboratively.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region and work irregular hours.
• Commitment to the labor movement and healthcare.
